*  A minimum of $10-00 order will apply for any online orders

* Orders will only be held once picked and invoiced for 7 days. If payment is not received within the 7 days items will be returned to stock and order will be cancelled.

* Any items that have been ordered and are out of stock at the time of picking will be adjusted on the final invoice and will NOT be put on back order. If you require the item please feel free to re-order when items are available.

* We will ship to anywhere in Australia and Internationally.

* Please be aware that prices and product availabilty are subject to change at any time.

* A minimum of $10-00 order applies to all credit cards, not including postage and handling.

* When paying via Credit Card you will be contacted for your credit card details or you can call us via phone (03) 9879 6220 or email us your details to process your payment.

* We are able to keep your Credit Card details in a secure file for further ordering information on request.

Direct Deposit

For Direct Deposit payments you will be emailed with a total of your order including postage and handling (after any discounts or out of stock items etc. have been adjusted) along with our bank account details for your funds transfer.

Postage Charges

* Postage charges will be calculated according to Australia Post.

* International orders will be charged accordingly or a quote can be provided prior to shipping.

* We are able to provide a quote to register and insure your parcel via Australia Post.

Delivery Terms

* Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days.

* Once your order has been invoiced and payment has been received via credit card or direct deposit your parcel will be sent via Australia Post.

* During our SALES  please allow a further 2 days to process any online orders.

* PLEASE NOTE: We will not be held responsible for any packages that go missing or are damaged once they have left our shop. Registed post and postal insurance is available at an additional cost, to be quoted on each individual order.
